Antenatal and Postnatal Yoga
Extensive research shows that practising Yoga during pregnancy can help prepare your body for the birth while Postnatal Yoga can help with the recovery.
The pace of the antenatal classes is gentle with the focus on breathing, relaxation and simple stretches.
It is recommended that you wait at least 6 weeks before doing any exercise after the birth and if you have had a Caesarean you should wait longer. If you are not sure if it is appropriate for you, please check with your doctor first.
