RELAXING YIN WORKSHOP
Monthly Relaxing Yin Yoga with Indira

This workshop provides the perfect way to unwind and recuperate after a busy, stressful week. We will take things down a gear or two and hold stretches for around 3-5 minutes in order to penetrate the deeper layers of muscle, using props to ensure greater comfort.
Yin Yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the opposite to the fight or flight mode we operate in when we are stressed. When we slow things down we allow our body the chance to repair and heal itself.
If you are feeling a bit under the weather, this workshop is like the Yogic equivalent of taking a couple of Nurofen – but much better for you! You will leave feeling rejuvenated like you would after a really good night’s sleep. Some say it can even knock a few years off your appearance – real beauty lies in happiness after all!
