If you love running but hate getting injuries that put you out of action, then come along to this workshop and learn some effective stretches to help you warm up and cool down.
Many sports related injuries are a result of not warming up properly and running is no exception. Yoga can not only help with your recovery time, it can also boost your performance.
This workshop is open to all levels, including those who have never done Yoga before.
